Orders cannot be cancelled when:

If the order cannot be cancelled because it has been processed or shipped, customers may proceed with a return request if the product is eligible under our Return Policy.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Mode

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as either a bank transfer or store credit / wallet credit (as per your preference).
